Four Found Dead in Horrific Triple Murder-Suicide

Four individuals were discovered deceased inside a fifth-floor apartment at the Castle Hill Houses in the Bronx, New York, on November 5, 2025. Authorities are investigating the incident as a potential murder-suicide. The deceased have been identified as Kaseem Stukes, 44; his mother, Theresa Stukes, 75; his daughter, Kianna Stukes, 26; and Andrew Reynoso, 33, who had ties to the family.

Law enforcement responded to a wellness check request at the New York City Housing Authority building on Lacombe Avenue in Castle Hill around 9:30 a.m. Officers found the four victims with gunshot wounds and pronounced them dead at the scene. A firearm was recovered at the location.

Kaseem Stukes was located on a couch with a gun nearby, while the other victims were found in different parts of the apartment. Police sources reported that the alleged gunman contacted a relative in another state before the shooting, stating, “Check on your family.” A family friend discovered the bodies and alerted authorities.

One of the victims reportedly mentioned earlier in the day that he would “see them in the next life,” suggesting he might have been aware of impending events. Investigators are reviewing area video footage for clues related to the incident.

The medical examiner’s office is working to confirm the specific causes of death, though police sources have indicated gunshot wounds as the cause. Law enforcement has classified the deaths as homicides, but no arrests have been made.

Theresa Stukes, aged 75, was a long-time resident of the Castle Hill Houses and was well-regarded in the community. Neighbors described her as a “wonderful, wonderful person” who contributed positively to the building community. Her family remembered her as the golden girl and a loving individual. No previous incidents of violence in the residence were reported by neighbors.

Kaseem Stukes was a native of the Castle Hill area and was remembered as a lively child fond of sports. Friends and neighbors were taken aback by his involvement in the violence. He worked in construction and was attempting to improve his life, according to acquaintances. Despite a charge of reckless endangerment and illegal gun possession in September 2024, those familiar with him believed he was on a positive path.

He had a history of legal issues, but his mother, Theresa, remained supportive. Neighbors and friends described the Stukes family as close-knit and expressed sorrow at the violence.

The relationships among the victims revealed that Kianna Stukes, 26, was Kaseem’s daughter and Theresa’s granddaughter. Andrew Reynoso was associated with the family, with some sources indicating he was Kianna’s boyfriend.

The Castle Hill Houses, where the event took place, is a public housing complex managed by the New York City Housing Authority. Residents expressed their condolences and disbelief over the incident, particularly given the family’s standing in the community.

Police continue to investigate the events leading up to the violence and the motives behind the shooting. The investigation is ongoing as authorities work to piece together what transpired inside the apartment.
