Renowned CNN political analyst and veteran political adviser, Alice Stewart, died at the age of 58. Her body was found early Saturday morning in Belle View, northern Virginia. Authorities suspect she had a medical crisis, and there is no indication of foul play.
Stewart was born on March 11, 1966, in Atlanta, Georgia, and began her career as a local reporter and producer. She later relocated to Little Rock, Arkansas, becoming a news anchor. Her political career gained momentum when she served as the communications director for then-Governor Mike Huckabee of Arkansas. She was instrumental in Huckabee’s 2008 presidential campaign and later held similar positions in Michele Bachmann and Rick Santorum’s 2012 campaigns, as well as Ted Cruz’s 2016 bid.
